I had a dog poo brown Dolly about 15 years ago that had Ziebart and it was solid. Wish my current TR7 had 🙄😢

Yes MOT needed, madness the exempt rule

Plenty of options if you search dog harness for car.
We have a harness with a short lead that gets put through seat belt

Triumph Classic Sports Car Show
Sunday 18 June
Enjoy a display of classic Triumph TR’s at the museum this Father’s Day with the local Stoke Group of the TR Register.
Set within the historic backdrop of our bottle ovens this show will feature beautiful examples of models from the 1950s, 60s and 70s of these iconic cars.
Our café will also be offering a special Gentleman’s Lunch for all the dad’s out there. Enjoy a classic Ploughman’s with cheese, ham, pork pie and pickles for £8.50 which includes a bottle of Spitfire Ale.
11am – 3pm. Car show free with normal museum admission.

Spotted 4 TR6's followed by a TR2 and TR7DHC heading for Princethorpe in convoy. Very nice to see, shame I was going in opposite direction in the modern.
Anyone on here?

Any car built in 2016 will have metric parts, so that sump plug is really 21mm!
But you never know with Fords. As a Ford apprentice in the 80's I worked from drawings with both imperial and metric measurements on 🤷

He looked at a Stag, some years back now, and he was quite favourable, except that he commented that he thought it should have had the Straight Six (2.5). I reckon the same. BUT the target market was the USA, and they love their V8`s of course.
And they should have had the rover V8 already tried and tested 🙄

Trouble is time moves on and some of those young people think a 90s car can be a classic😲 I suppose its all relative and my grandad would have considered anything with an engine as modern!
Wait till electrics start showing up at shows, then there will be some huffing n puffing.....
1990, 33years ago. Surely they can be classed as classics now. I always thought 20 years plus started to be classics. 🤷

"Eventually got the AA to come out and fixed it in 20 mins without even getting his tools out. when the battery died it had reset the ecu which then was no longer communicating with the engine. He had to use software on his computer to reconfigure it and it then started fine.
Guess that's progress 🙄"
Just another tool to add to the toolkit for modern cars

Another+1 for the grave

I use Hobbyweld, two suppliers near me so if ones out if stock the other usually has a bottle.
There smallest argon 5 was £48 when I last exchanged it last month. Can't remember what the deposit was.

Yep, great car. Trouble was it was still the same car in 1980 when BMW and Saab had carried on developing. BL all over sadly

1 13/16" = 46.0375mm
So 46mm socket will do job
Halford and others sell 1 13/16" sockets

First try cleaning the thread with tap of correct size thread.
If that doesn't work either a helicoil or drill and tap next size up
