How long have the shoes been fitted Mark? Have they bedded in yet? Also manual or self adjusters?

You go far wrong with these guy's. They do mail order if you are not local.

As scrapman says clamping off all the flexy hoses will tell you where the problem lies. With all four clamped it's m/cyl, then release one at a time untill you find which corner or corners are giving the problem Job done.

My 2500S has got the standard felt type and does a good job, nice and quiet. Maybe because it's an auto though?

Try elbow grease it really works...... Also good for cleaning oily parts as well.
Dont buy off Ebay, you can get it in local shops for about £1. This is a real product and not a joke Just a great product.

I used to find the old petrol transits good for that, they often set off car alarms with the boom....... A jubilee clip around the silencer stopped them splitting. The best fun was people pumping their tyres up at petrol stations

Bilt Hamber is superb stuff, got mine from Opie oils on fleabay 4 cans did my Dolomite and they empty completly. The spray nozzle is great for box sections as well.

It might be worth trying to find a pair of old second hand drums Mark? Even if they have a "lip" it's easily sorted.
