Hi I need to change my choke cable on a 1973 mk2 some of the ones listed look like a mini one not like the one that’s in there any ideas where to get the proper one from ???

Hi any one know best place to get a repair arch for my car Mk2 1972 just need the outer arch ?? I located in Surrey
Maybe a old rotten one just need the arch ??

Hi I need to replace the four very old tyres on my Truimph 2000 1972
They are 185/13 (think they are 80 )what is a good tyre size to try ???
Maybe 185/70x13 ???

Thanks for all your help I managed the other springs it was the handbrake one I was really having trouble with and my Haynes manual had the same photos
But Pete has told me where it’s goes so will have another go then just the other side to do 😂

Hi after all the help with getting my adjusters on the right way round on the shoes I’m having problems with which side the shoe with the adjuster goes
working on rear drivers side so think this looks right but Haynes book is confusing me think I have it right in top picture ???
One more question can’t quite work out where the handbrake spring goes think I have it the right way round but cant work it out on bottom picture didn’t take picture of that one 😡

That’s probably why I had soooo much trouble getting the drum off in the first place !!! I had to prise it off then put a screwdriver into the brake material and lever the drum off slowly 🥵😡

Yes they are the 2.5 alloy wheels so will look at stag wheel nuts and thanks for all answers

Hi just got some 2.5 alloy wheels and at the moment I have steel wheels on my car different nuts !!
I wondered if any one knew what wheel nuts I need for these alloys and best place to get them

Good news thanks to a new pair of stilsons and another pair and plenty of force and grunting I have now managed to free the nuts and Renew the track rod ends now I can carry on putting all theothwt bits back on now !!!
