Jase1969
Had some fun with the starter, sent it off for a full refurb with Powerlite, superb service, quick turnaround and back on the car within the week. Not straightforward as I have a Dolomite 1500 flywheel fitted to my engine which needs the pre-engaged starter and I didn't fancy removing the engine to replace the flywheel. Long story but the stupid type of thing you do to keep the car on the road when it is your only transport back in the early 90s
Jase1969
Anyway, the car is back on the road in between thunder storms. Edited July 31, 2023 by Jase1969

You have devoted so much time and effort to the car and have achieved the end result? At the end of the day, you obviously have a vehicle that you enjoy driving and working on. All I can say is Very well done and I hope you enjoy it for many years to come!
Jase1969
Just ordered some new front springs as the wheel arches are catching the front tyres. A combination of lowered front springs and non-standard wheels.
johny
Not spacers to use with the lowered springs and raise it just a little?
