Or if you live in the Bristol or Bath area and have a mk3 gt6 or a late spitfire mk IV or 1500 I could by agreement drop in and make a paper template. And 1.125" top to bottom (NOT the diagonal) I guess you could blow the picture up until you get the right measurements? Or buy one, James Paddock has them at £27.50 or Flea Ebay £23. From the bonnet seam with the headlamp shroud, 12mm (exactly) to the top RHS corner. From the bottom edge of the bonnet front, to the top corner RHS 12.5mm (exactly) The badge is slanted so the bottom LHS corner is 9.5mm (exactly) from the bonnet front edge.
