johny Posted October 23, 2023 Report Share Posted October 23, 2023 Im looking over the OD for my Vitesse conversion and notice the bronze bush for the mainshaft looks worn. This is just next to the oil pump so presumably supports the mainshaft there. Its not a normal bush and seems to be pressed into the main case so how important is it? Dave Twigger is the boss, he showed me the test rig they use to check and adjust every overdrive they rebuild. It's a thorough quality check used for every rebuilt unit.
