Is my pump on the way out

Hello guys

my 13/60 has always started on the button even after a winter lay up.  This year after a long cranking time no fuel was getting through. So after sucking the fuel through the car started. I  experienced this agin if I leave the car for a few weeks without starting it. If I leave it only a few day no problem starting.  Could this be fuel pump related problem

It could be the valves in the pump not sealing properly or it could be air getting in somewhere in the suction pipework from the tank. When you have fuel through disconnect the carb pipe so it can discharge into a container. Also disconnect coil and spin engine on starter to confirm that fuel squirts out in good pulses...
