Dean Weston
As you look at the back of the car my right side damper has come off its spline. I'm told this should not happen. I have been trying to get a new one(or I could get the old one welded on) . I have been offered one off a 13/60 I guessing it would fit but does anyone know. Thank you any help would be appreciated . Dean Weston
Car is a triumph vitesse convertible with a rotoflex system the unit is a rear damper- lever arm type, I'm told that the arm should not come of the spline.(which it has done) I'm currently putting it back on which is quite easy. I could weld the arm to the spline but I would rather put a new one on. I have been offered one from a 13/60 which I believe to be the same type. I was hoping someone could confirm this. Clive
the lever arm dampers are only use on rotoflex vitesse. Heralds all use telescopic type, same as all the other small triumphs.
