Guest
Hello. The steering rack outer cross tube has a threaded insert, on top,to take a grease nipple. It normally holds a bolt which has an earth wire attached. Does anybody know the thread size please ?? Many thanks. Richard.

Guest
Pete. Compare these 2x prices to Rimmers !!!! They really are a last resort option on so many items with inflated prices. https://www.ukmgparts.com/product/mid-midcat-7-submid17-steering-racks-columns-steering-locks/grease-nipple-56935 http://www.jamespaddock.co.uk/steering-rack-grease-nipple-6 http://www.rimmerbros.co.uk/Item--i-56935 Regards. Pete Lewis
Think we have all found it pays to shop around there is often stuff on ebay for wild inflated prices including incorrect descriptions like 45D4 dizzy which apparently fit 6cly engines , well they will fit , but !!!! will try to search the front rear trunnion blank sizes for nipples tomorrow.
