Chris A
Hi everyone, I want to get the alignment checked on my 13/60 but in the manual I have there are only figures for the front wheels. I admit to not being a 'real' mechanic, so dare I ask? Has anyone figures for the rear? I think I have read somewhere there are shims for the rear. JohnD
I have a copy of the original WSM ("Herald 1200, 1250, Vitesse and Spitfire") and I'm surprised to find that all it says is that rear toe should be equal! Good advice but not helpful! If it helps, the Haynes Vitesse.GT6 manual quotes Zero +/- 1/32" (0.8mm) , except for the GT6Mk3 which needs minus 1/32 to 3/32 (minus 0.8-2.4mm) This last refers to a swing spring installation whihc your 13/60 may not have..
