    disconnect the pipe from the pump outlet crank the engine you should have fuel , if not its not going to start

    had the same problem today new pump no fuel to pump same as you had replaced all lines, in the end i rigged up a old electric pump inlet to the feed engine end outlet to the new pump soon had fuel through now works fine ,you have a priming problem .
