Sue Franklin
An early heads up for Drive it Day 2015. Date will be Sunday 26 April. We will be visiting the newly revamped Haynes Motor Museum at Sparkford. Concessionary entrance rates etc. We are hoping that we will get support from all over the far South West and maybe even further (!). How about marking your diaries now and we will be contacting all AOs when we have more details. From all accounts the improvements and extensions opened this year make this a place which must be visited.

PeterH
Stopped for a coffee in their cafe on my way up to the midlands. Looks very impressive. The TR Register were visiting and a convoy of Smart sports cars arrived as I left.
PJM Stag
Kent TRs took a run there a coupe of years ago, very impressive.
Sue Franklin
We have had loads of interest in this year's event. Cars coming from all over are promised. The entry fee will be £9.95 per adult which is a huge saving on their normal price. All Triumphs will be parked on the track, and they have allocated us room for 150 cars. Please do let us know if you are hoping to come along. As their catering facilities will be very busy, it may be an idea to bring a picnic. We are asking all Triumphs to get there for 11.30am please. Mike Crewes
A couple of Cornish members are making the trip, but not sure if they'll get there before 11:30am. It's a great venue, we started a Trial from there in January and used their new entrance and cafe, it's a significant upgrade. The rest of Cornwall Area and Cornwall TRs are staying local, but we wish you a good event. Regards Mike
Sue Franklin
All looking good for the big DRIVE IT DAY EVENT at HAYNES INTERNATIONAL MOTOR MUSEUM at Sparkford. As above, the discounted entry fee is £9.95 per person. All Triumphs will be parked on the track there, and we would like cars to arrive from 11.30am please. We now know we have cars coming from all over the country, with Triumphs promised from Leicestershire, Gloucestershire, Wales and all over the south of England. I have learned in the past that we cannot control the weather, but hey this is England! We look forward to welcoming you and your Triumph, in whatever condition (the cars not the people) - just come and swell our numbers.
