Josef
I can see MOT history Pete! Guess you must’ve mistyped the reg or something. It shows as having passed when you owned it Alan, and then not again till 2019. Given the comments on corrosion in the 2014 certificate then I assume it spent the intervening time being restored. Josef
What a surprise, two bits of the Gov website don’t talk to one another / use the same info This is where I looked https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history
Badwolf
Tried to post the following about an hour ago, only just realised it hadn't 'taken'. That's at least 3 gov websites that don't talk to each other.... There appear to be several government sites within the address below, to check car history. They have difference information..now there's a surprise. https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ One section says that the MOT has expired and gives a big red banner. Another says taxed but no mot results returned, like the one Pete posted. There must be many more!!!
PeteH
Anyone ever surprised?. No one in civil service ever talks to anyone else, everything is "secret", even the number of biscuits consumed. That`s how the Manderins maintain control. Yes Minister/Prime Minister, was written by Peter Jay, who had insights into the "workings" (or not) of Whitehall. and the civil service in general. Busy with the second one XXC276K, with a sebring hard top. Hopefully this will be back on the road ready for next year.
