mpbarrett
See https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C870665 £16,000 for 13/60 Herald nice car but lots of money. Interesting comment about "extensive chassis strengthening welding work" sounds like a rotten chassis repair/bodge, for that money it should be perfect.... Sure I have seen it for sale somewhere before. Mike
Chris A
Yes it is a nice example but there are many just as nice and as "original" as this but much cheaper.
Herald948
Frankly, one look at the brutal misalignment of the rear bumper overriders (note they seem to be pushed in at the top, leaving the bottom of the taillamp lenses rather more vulnerable) is enough to put me off, although that's a moot point given the absurd price following comments about "extensive chassis welding" and such. Seems to me the "sub-100 original miles time-capsule" cars go for less than that.
thescrapman
Judging by the cars it is sharing space with I wonder I find the prices mentioned have been subject to Aston tax or similar. Probably had £275 of work, but the specialist just slipped a zero on the end as the owner would have questioned why it was so cheap compared to the other cars.
