Gear Lever Shroud - Threaded Insert

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement for the threaded insert (p/n 618945 or 619812)?
The plastic thread is broken on mine and the metal part that should screw down onto it is driving me nuts rattling against the lever.

Rimmers have a photo ( https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-618945 ) but show it as no longer available and Canley Classics the same.

Not sure if these are the right size, but there are plenty of variations if you know the size you require.

I ended up 3D printing a new piece for this (plenty of time due to the current lockdown). It's not too pretty, but it works perfectly.

Maybe a section of the forum containing the files for Triumph 3d printer parts designs might be an idea. Then all the work that members have done on them would be in one place and if the individual post had car model and part number, would be easily searchable. If someone has already started a section, sorry... still catching up. I know that several designs/experiments for various rare parts have been on going over the past 18 months.
