Rich
Hello I've just discovered a small oil leak coming from the rear of the overdrive where the prop shaft connects to the output shaft. Is this simple fix or is the oil seal internal? Many thanks Rich
Darren Groves
Easy job, though I've always done it with the gearbox out of the car, but from memory access should be fine after removing gearbox tunnel. Remove prop, take out split pin, undo castellated nut, remove flange and prize out the seal and replace with new one....

Pete Lewis
getting the prop out with exhaust and handbrake cables in the way can be tiresome with luck it will lift or drop enough to get the OD coupling off, Pete
