Speedo, oil leak, seal

You don't need to remove the housing; unscrew the speedo cable and you'll see the end of the drive; that seal just sits into the front face and can probably be pricked out with a needle.

However there is the large O-ring seal that goes right round the body and if oil is getting past that, you need to remove the drive itself.
