DanielH
Hi there, I've dissembled the master brake cylinder (GT6+) and purchased a repair set from R1mmer. I've attached a foto that compares the old (1, left) and the new (2, right) plastic pieces. I find the difference of the parts in the first line (not column) striking...the original part has an extra level of texture... What are you saying? Should I get a different repair set?? thanks Dan
Clive
What is the topn seal? Middle looks like the piston seal, and the bottom the little seal on the end? Those 2 are the most important.
johny
Think it must be a tandem MC but probably difficult to find an after market seal kit from a different manufacturer these days. Maybe try to source NOS but it'll be old rubber by now....

The master seal kit was not correct and does not have the lid seal, the front stainless steel hoses are 23mm too short than standard, the rear are 12mm shorter than standard, they don't come with replacement copper washers (a must have) and they do not come with replacement nuts either. Not very happy with him, tried to contact him via his web site 4 times now, no response, not happy
