Pete Lewis
Something thats popped up from time to time is the lack of a crystal ball when we all try to help out, finding we dont have the clues to lead the discussion may I suggest if there are no clues in your profile that theres some simple notes to explain just what model you are asking about and include any non standard modifications that affect the brainwaves on here we can all waffle on about a subject only to find we are completely off subject and without knowing dont help at all. just some thoughts Pete

Guest
Pete. I have suggested on a few occasions for topic titles to have the car model in question placed first, then the topic question / title. Some do & some do not; but it certainly assists when it's done !! Regards. Richard.
dougbgt6
I would encourage everybody to include in there profile what model they have and where they live, it would make diagnosis and assistance SO much simpler.
JohnD
And, if I may repeat what I said in the other thread, the symptoms and what you have done to the car, before and after they started. As I pointed out there, it's usually what you did to it ,last that is the problem! There are some ... a recent thread on another board, based not six thousand miles from here, was started by an owner who said, "When I turn the ignition key, nothing happens." He was on a TR forum but apart from that, it was clueless! John
