Hi John,

 Yes, that's it. It is supplied with a simple tool to remove the centre part. The little centre valve is not shown in the picture. You can use it without the "Hydroscopic" part & just depress the valve to remove any gas.

Our valves have been tested and work with radiator glycol for heating systems; but they have not been tested outside of their application in central heating systems.
