Spitfire rear hub assembly

I am reassembling the rear hub of my Spitfire, but for the life of me I can’t find the torque value for the four bolts which fastens the seal housing, brake backplate, etc to the trunnion. Number 21 in the diagram. Does anyone know?

cant look it up right now but it will be the same as any 5/16 x24 unf hard fixing bolt  arround 17- 21 lbft

or hand tight with the normal length spanner   its not gorilla hands

I think it's "Back plate attachment", given as 16-18lbft in the WSM, top of page 0-113
