dougbgt6
First place I checked, the rubber coupling in the rear wheel arch. Sure enough, drip, drip, drip. I've lost 1/4 of a tank full and the house stinks! I wonder if it was the correct rubber? I replaced it about 4 years ago. Later on I replaced all the metalwork between fuel pump and carbs with a single rubber hose which I'm pretty sure was the right stuff. It still looks OK. I had a short length left over so I put that in for the time being.
Gary Flinn
Sounds like the dreaded Ethanol's been doing its stuff! Use R9 SAE30 rated Petrol Hose minimum now? Gary
