triumph vitesse door stiffeners

woulld be obliged if anyone can tell me how to fit one as just discovered that my passenger door as not got one - piece of wood stuck at bottom to stop window disappearing. Had a look at previous items but did ot come across any advice

do you mean the sheet metal brace that just supports the outer shin  from dishing 

its just screwed to the inner carcass has a fely pad to contact the outer skin , nothing very complicated ,agree its not shown on many parts lists

They're curved to follow the contour of the door skin; a curved end at the top fits under the top lip of the door frame and the bottom is tight to the frame bottom where it's secured with two setscrews that are visible on the underside of the door.

I thought I had photos of one that I replaced recently but they'll turn up when no longer needed, as usual. There was a pair of stiffeners for sale on eBay a while back, they didn't sell but weren't relisted.

ok gentlemen a big thanks to your replies and now not so worried about doing the job myself as had visions of stripping off outer skin and welding stiffener into place  - turning out an easier weekend that what I envisaged
