daverclasper
Hi. A bit out of my budget unfortunately, ready made. Wondering if they can D.I.Y'ed, by shaping a block of general upholstery foam?. Cheers, Dave Edited June 25, 2019 by daverclasper
Pete Lewis
i tried that on my 2000 seats ,,, turned out awfull, general upholstery foam is cheap enough but you cant replicate the different stiffness of bolsters etc. most pre formed foams are made up of a mix of foam types to get the support . but a simple addition of a firm foam slab between the old diaphragm and the depleting foam can add some good rejuvenation to a saggy bottom is well worth a try Pete
gollane
Google Livedale foam in Wigan, I use them for my business .they can supply cut to size foam in any thickness you want. If it's for your seat base I would suggest the firm white grade maybe 1 - 1.5 inches or so thick.
