2500s clutch slave

Forgive me if this has been covered. Took the 2500s for a drive , well up and down the garden / driveway as its been layed up over winter. Just as I was going to put back in the garage the clutch stuck on!! Found the slave cylinder had pushed the arm out and stuck with the fluid dripping out.  Release the arm by the pin and the clutch sprung back. The falk arm pulled out from the slave to revel a threaded end with a nut on? That can't be right? Recommendations for replacement , suppliers would be welcome and any other bits to check as u don't want it to happen again.

Thanks for the help pete. All back together now and a little test in the garage, it seems to work fine. I don't think it was adjustable as the fork was the same length as the new one. It just looks like some ones bodge. I'm sure I will find others if I'm allowed to drive it this year! The old one had popped out when the old fork jammed on the edge of the cylinder.
