  2. Supa flex it is then. I might as well order and have to hand as the car park police don't like me working on the car. Iain
  3. Good company, they made my prop. By arrangement I dropped off my prop in the morning and picked up later in the day after they installed new UJs and balanced. Nice pub lunch😋 Iain

  11. Similar issue with my gauge it reads past full when the tank is indeed full bt as soon as it gets to below 1/2 I know to start looking for petrol. I've changed the sender, I wonder if I just need to reset the float bar as the shape may have been deformed? Iain Ooops just read your last post, I'll do just that!

All done! A simple job when I have the help of the Gurus! I couldn't believe how many flats it required to bind the wheel. Applied the brakes to centralise then backed off three flats and both wheels rotated free. Big, dare I say huge, difference to the foot pedal travel and feel. The handbrake is solid after 3 clicks whereas before it was almost vertical! I feel much safer stopping now I have sorted the judder and brake adjustment. Being able to stop is fundamental, the first thing they teach at ski school is not to go fast but how to stop! ⛷️ Cheers🍻 Iain
  19. I'll take note of the position and how tight they are when I remove them. I'm much more confident in tackling the job, yet again thanks to your help👍 Iain
  20. Thank Colin, good to know I don't have to touch the steering. As I've time on my hands and the car has had some iffy maintenance I'm inclined to remove the trunnions so I know its been done properly. I assume due the the coarseness of the thread the trunnion will only fit in one position?
  21. I'm going to oil my trunnions but in the event I need/want to remove them what is the correct procedure? Presumably take the bolt out at the lower wishbone and knock out the steering track rod so the hub assembly can pivot out thereby unscrewing the trunnion? Are there any 'must do's'? Iain

    UK gone mad

Pete, we had one fitted free by EDF and it automatically sends usage data for your bill. This is a good function. The hand tablet widget screen that shows you data stopped working after a couple of weeks and we couldn't pair it again. It's in a drawer somewhere. Iain
