What other Triumphs have the same column as a Herald?

Anyone know of any other models in the Triumph range that used the same size of steering wheel fitment as a Herald - I mean the diameter of the steering column where the wheel screws on?

I'm experimenting with steering wheels at present but need a few bosses to mangle / adapt and whilst there are a few for sale online I might have other options if I can widen the search, especially those models where the wheel was screwed onto the boss and not a one-piece unit, but it needs to be a straight fit to my existing column. I can adapt the profile and trim a boss if necessary but can't change the basic fit.

I think the first Lotus Elan used the Triumph column. Probably be twice the price if the word Lotus is mentioned!😄

Yep! There are quite a few Lotus with a very recognisable column, I was looking at photos quite recently but as you say once you mention the 'L' word the price rockets.

The Herald, fitment went straight on to my PAS unit, using the existing boss?. Mot-Lita.? (in the "experimental" phase).

I had a Moto Lita boss with Herald/Spitfire matching splines, but nowhere for a horn push, that I eventually figured out was intended for a Vauxhall Chevette.
