Condenser securing screw

Just a small question (as the screw is small) the screw securing the condenser in the distributor,does anyone know what size it is and or where I can get one from please

 Here's a GT6 page from  Rimmer brothers, the screw's near the bottom. I'd check the other pages for your car's distributor.

It will be a std thread. I took a distributor down to the local fixing specialist and they sorted me for a few pennies in the charity box. Can't remember the thread though, sorry.

Thanks Clive I did look at Rimmers but no screw found in the herald ignition page will just phone them(good to talk) while we are on the subject what are your thoughts on the luminition magnetronic as I am thinking of converting

Lumenition or Aldon are all reliable trouble free units   club shop sell them

Good units. The aldon can be bought from Pertronix (who make them) via Retrorockets site, pay in $ but mine came posted from Surrey!

Yes, they'll be posted from their office in Camberley, just down the road from me - no chance of being slapped for any import duty

I bought one via retrorockets a few years ago when the pound was particularly strong against the us$ and got a bargain!
