68vitesse
The doors are the same, the convertible has a different drop glass and should have an antiburst catch. Regards Paul
Pete Lewis
Yes a cv glass has a rounded rear top corner the saloon is squared cornered The anti burst is a tongue bolted into the edged of the door with a staple on the B post used on all proper converibles Can be used on a saloon as a upgrade in body stiffness. Its also used on TRs Pete

Pete Lewis
I guess so , some doors have the dimples where the bolts would go , the B post I think is plain , Ive never tried to retro fit them they are quite substantial, and certainly stop the door gap opening up for any reason of flex or impact They can be hard to source and some fetch silly money its keep an eye on who sells what to bet them at a reasonable ££ Pete
mark powell
Is it just me, or do the TR items seem to be advertised cheaper than Herald ones? (Used, on ebay that is, and yes, I know they are the same..) I retro fitted them to my Herald pick up, easy.
Colin Lindsay
There are more TR ones about - TR7 versions are close but not exact, and may fit at a pinch.
