dougbgt6
Just seen this on Ebay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TRIUMPH-GT6-Huge-history-file-6-000-spent-in-the-last-2-years-alone-MOTd-/191641167711?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2c9eb4275f It says it's a non rotoflex late mk3 but it's got the wrong dials, they should be outlined in chrome and the fuel and temperature the other way up. It's got a mk2 rear hatch! It should have a servo, but I don't see it. The rocker box breather pipe has been loped off and the doors don't fit. Not worth £8k I think. John Bonnett
How can anyone seriously expect to get top price for a car that is presented in that state. He couldn't be bothered to remove the can of WD40 on the scuttle, vac out the interior and fit the carpet he says he has.
Pete Lewis
says Bedford but I dont the car, not from our area locals agree with john ......presentation could have been better Pete
Colin Lindsay
The standard of welding in the front passenger footwell doesn’t bode well for the rest of the work. I fear the decimal point in the price may be in the wrong place….
Gully
Seem to recall Saffron being dropped from the GT6 range in mid '72, so if that is the original colour, then it doesn't fit with the '73 registration and non-rotoflex status. But Saffron does go with the dials! Gully
Essex2visuvesi
Bottom of the drivers door, and the shut gaps look a bit skewiff as well

dougbgt6
Looked it up on the dvla web site, it's a 72. So, why's it claimed to be 73 with non rotoflex? Did something happen to the rear end and the suspension's been replaced? Could be, considering the rear hatch is off a mk2.
gt6chris
What a mess! Some bits may have been painted but not all. Mixture of instruments, some with orange needles some white, air vent hanging out of the dash. I think people hear that prices of GT6's are on the rise and think that any old rubbish is worth a fortune.
shag.e
Eugh. I take it that the six grand was spent on beer, varifocals and tramadol.... have you also seen the Stag estate advert that comes up with it? Doesn't look or sound like a Weston-Super-Mud car to me.
