Chris Longhurst
This months MAR online article celebrates 60 years of the Corgi Toys Herald (948cc) Coupe - one for the rivet counters as well !! This is my favourite model of the Coupe - great detail & the bonnet lifts to reveal the engine. https://www.maronline.org.uk/corgi-toys-231-triumph-herald-coupe-is-60/ Chris 78/00350
Colin Lindsay
I was lamenting that it probably wasn't available in green and white, as my old 948 used to be; then lo and behold there's the actual car itself at one of our shows with TSSC Northern Ireland in the background. Peter Truman
I have a blue and white one which was restored by a very close friend and TEG club member here who unfortunately died too young so it is a treasured heirloom, he even put my first Heralds rego on it (1200Convertible) JBA37D & made a very authentic air filter for it, & the detail painting is a lot better than the original Added photos of the Doc's excellent work. Chris Longhurst
Not sure if this was one of the TSSC plaster models (see pic of a GT6 Mk3) Approx 1/20th scale (real car ~3785mm) Chris

The one I have is a fair bit smaller than Chris's - probably around 1:60 - but it may be the club did them in two sizes
Chris Longhurst
Autosculpt did small scale (1/87th) models of Triumphs & Bonds (and many other marques) so this might be the one you have - thinking back some of these were available from the TSSC & I'm pretty sure I did purchase some from the club. Link to Autosculpt:- http://www.87thscale.info/autosculpt.htm In the introduction to the article in the link 1/20th scale models are also mentioned.
