Conor L
Hi everyone I'm on the look out for a pair of rear hubs for a spitfire unfortunately even using the correct puller mine were so stuck on the taper they bent so if anybody has a pair up for sale please let me know. Thanks Conor

yorkshire_spam
Hi Conor, I have a few spare but still attached to driveshafts. If I can get out in the garage this evening I'll try and strip a couple off the shafts and check them.

Pete Hi Pete unfortunately the bend is pretty severe the holes on the drums are quite tight against 1 side of the studs. 8 hours ago, yorkshire_spam said: Hi Conor, I have a few spare but still attached to driveshafts. Mathew
Bent hubs make adjusting the brakes a real bind . I have some spare if you get desperate.
SpitFire6
In the 80's I pulled my hub off with a 4 legged hired puller. A joke there I know. The hub ended up bent and the wheel wobble was too much. I stuck a washer on the brake drum and it was sorted! no vibration. You are lucky when young. When I think of some of the things done to my first cars, and even my friend's cars... 😮
