Door Treadplate required - Vitesse

Looking to replace the door tread plates on my Vitesse . Anybody sourced them lately and any recommendations

Part 806598 Rimmers show as in stock, I duplicated the shape using Stainless steel with a small embossed pattern.

I thought the actual tread plates were the steel section, rather than the alloy tops?.

If its the steel sections (double skinned I understand?) you need, then I think Clive used a single skin from Chick Doig (Thicker steel I assume?).

Yes, teh chic doig stuff is probably teh best stuff out there. (others may stock the same parts, but chic seems to have some stuff made )

Chic's excellent for panels and repair sections; but I had thought Paul wanted the alloy tread plates for the topside?
