Why not order some flat neoprene off eBay and cut one out.

That's  what I did. It cost me about £6.00

Use

200mm x 500mm x 2mm

GENERAL PURPOSE SOLID NEOPRENE RUBBER SHEET VARIOUS SHEET SIZES & THICKNESSES

Sample arrived very happy with the finished article.

Vitesse and, I believe, Herald estate rear number plate light cowl gasket as an alternative to the original gasket, part number 705211,

These are made from 2mm epdm and are self adhesive on one side to enable seating on to the cowl before fitting to the vehicle. I am also hoping to offer a replacement set of nuts, bolts and washers in stainless steel to complete the kit, all for a price under £15.00 including UK postage. ...

    David WythejC78Rnw2Q2h.png In the light of all the positive comments and feedback I’ve received regarding the Vitesse rear light cowl gasket above, I have today given the manufacturers the go ahead for new tooling and sample production of a similar self adhesive gasket to suit the rear light cowl on the 13/60 Herald, with initial delivery due in around 4 weeks
    Here’s hoping this will also prove popular and would welcome any feedback.
