time to change the engine oil

Looks like they have added some jelly for added effect. If this is not fake the jelly would be liquid when the engine was warm. Engines without oil seize very quickly. With the filter blocked the bypass should open. Yes they have added something to the oil when hot, then let it cool and set. But you should change the oil at least every 6000 miles (i prefer 3000 with less use) minimum yearly.

That is a set up for sure, it's not even black.... I have seen blocked Vauxhall engines many times when people havn't used the right oil and it comes out in black bit's. I have also had the same on a mk3 cvh escort. The manual said 18000 miles for a service. 9 yrs before service and 4.5k miles absolutely solid with black gunge. That jelly is too clean.

My fatherinlaw bought his escort new and never had a service after the first free one! He gave it to me when it was eleven years old and 77k miles. The oil was watery and alot of elmulsifed gung on the rockers, a good flush and fresh oil ran for another 3 years and 50k miles, with service's only for me to scrap it due to rot !

I am always suspicious when people film something like this as they must be expecting something "amazing".  How many times have you filmed a regular oil change and invited your mates to come and watch?
