its a classic thing problems start small then when its raining goes BIG

so its obviously getting worse ??

can you use a gazebo at all in your   road ???

the advantage of working in the rain it washes any spilt antifreeze down the drains ,  you'll polute the Thames   Ha !

that washer looks OK , another clue that its been under torqued , its common the nut digs in and deforms the washer surface

work around the dowel , 

you may need to remover rocker cover stud to get a socket on the head nuts near them 

so retorque  or carry on and lift the head  ???
