  3. Hi All! I have traced my Change of Owners back to 1968 via the DVLA, but have never asked the TSSW if the car had been registered as a member along the way? Any suggestions?? Martyn
  4. I have a 12th July 1966 1600/6 Model and that has a 6 hole Ring model sender? Which is original to car, but saying that I have found in the past that its a bit of a mismatch (whats in the bin) when it come to certain items??
  5. Hi Robin! I know "Rimmer Bros" sell the Channel Inserts, but they are on back order! I know as I have ordered a pair! As for the Channel themselves, I had to make up a bracket as they had rusted out or broken on my 1600/6 Vitesse ? They did have a used set on Ebay a few weeks ago! Cheers Martyn

  9. Hi Oliver! I have a Late (12 July 1966) Model 1600/6. My car came from the factory as a "Positive Earth". The earlier model cars did have Negative Earth. Do you have the owners Manual for the car as it will state in there if the car is positive or negative? Cheers Martyn

  14. Hi! I have a Vitesse 6 which I have just fitted the original old stock underlay/sound deadner! I pearced through the front runner holes and it fitted well! I am shortly fitting a new carpet set and have had a trial run as the carpet does stretch a little, but I will used the same procedure.
  15. Hi All! I am looking for the above Pedal 139916 & Clip 139909 Commission No HB7605RHS to HB22116E for the Late Model 1600/6 Vitesse(Last Model: July-Sept). I have converted my Pedal from a Cable model to a Bar/Pulley but feel I need the original! (Bottom Picture) Cheers Martyn

  17. I think the cat is on the Right! of the first picture! He is now 6kg a foot tall and 3ft in length and NO! the chicken on the Left is not 3ft tall!!
  18. Hi! Well the "Short" Bleed Nipples turned up and are now fitted and it seems there is no leaking! So thanks for the info and everyone have a good weekend!! Trying to remember what I have to do next?

  21. Hi Colin! The Caliper is on the car! Could it be that on the model changeover that these are p16 2ltr Vitesse front Calipers as the short Nipple 102001 is the same as the one I took off and they sent me a p12 Nipple? Just a thought??
  22. The photos are a few posts in front of this one! The old one I cleaned and seems fine! I blew thro the new longer one but when I tightened it up it still leaked?
  23. Hi All! Put the new longer Bleed Nipple under pressure and the fluid just shot out although tightened up? So I took the New Longer nipple out and replaced it with the old cleaned up short nipple, but that was also the same! Is it the Caliper that has the problem? Cheers Martyn
