Overdrive stopped working

No discernible click . I think it’s the wiring under the gearbox cover which has just been put back after new clutch slave . Before if take off the cover again tested the fuse which is a blade and only feeds the overdrive . That’s ok next is to check the output of the relay which is the original style . Not sure which one is the feed to the terminal in and terminal out and lastly terminal switch . The pic shows the wiring .

Overdrive Relay: Haynes Wiring. Notation:- a) from Fuse Box b) from Ign/starter (A= Early models) 47 column switch 48 Relay 49 gearbox switch 50 Solenoid  (B=Later Models) 51 Relay 52 Column Switch 53 Gearbox Switch 54 Solenoid.

As aprentices we where told never to re-use spring washers, having once put under compression they never act properly again. The Maintenance shop had a huge bucket of them under a bench. The same with locking nuts, once removed they where never reused, at least on the job. Some found there way onto other (govy) jobs but not the plant machinery.
