Restore an old stereo

Thinking i would keep it for the looks. Like the idea of hiding a more modern one. I have quite a few more modern ones. I could have the old one using the stereo with the speaker on the dash (mono really) and the door speakers with the modern.

Mathew - Is that the unit that you posted about last week? The one that you only have 1 cassette for? If you want cassettes I have a big box full somewhere which are certainly surplus to my requirements, all with a selection of music, (not mine). I was given them and will probably never use them.

Having filled my radio slot with gauges I bought one of these, I think it was even shallower than 9cm. It sit nearly unseen on the driver's side "envelope" shelf. Only the USB socket on RHS can be accessed and everything works off the remote clicker. £15 from China.

I’ve got a similar one for my Vitesse . Works well , also has blue tooth
