  1. Not for a few thousand years. No.
  2. Happy days. Happy welcome. Happy welcome.
  3. Hi, Has anybody measured the oil pressure at the head on a functioning oil system? 5/16" thread could easy be opened to 8.7mm for a 1/8" NPT pressure transmitter?
  4. Too long a screw. I assume something has already been pushed thru the head & its clear?
  5. An internal crack within the head?
  6. I thought the zero screw would be visible at the front? Bourdon tubes can be very very accurate. Zero use in a control environment. I'm all for electronic ones.
  7. It could be accurate and linear above 5 psi. <5 means the same?
  8. It's not an absolute gauge so should read zero.
  9. It is an oil change light😀. Has worked for me in the very very long distant past. An 8 PSI could be changed to 20. Satisfying if it never illuminates even when lugging the engine. Tell-tale light or gauge has never stopped an engine blowing that I was driving. Once the oil pressure starts dropping you are already on borrowed time. Hail STP. Majority of my blown engines are pinked to death. Lambda should be wired to oil pressure light. LOL.
  10. I have never bought a Cam from Newmans but I do know that their cam grinder is top-tier. I would buy a cam ground on this machine over one that wasn't.
  11. Hi, When the engine is hot after say 30 minutes of spirited driving remover the rocker box. Oil should be splattering all over at idle. Is it? When warm it will not be much. When cold/warm is normally very little.
  12. The wheels will never cause a problem. Fitted with tyres they might. What size tyres?
  13. Hi, My understanding is that Fe + Al = Aluminium is the Anode and corrodes. Cathodic Protection CP. Passing current the wrong way thru Fe + Al in an electrolyte will cause the Iron to corrode. Impressed Current. (Reversed).
  14. Speed is fine for me. Always this speed, never slow. I use the link below to "check" website speeds. I don't believe it has virus or nasty stuff. Click it if you want. Has a lot of data for people with two heads. It is useful. https://gtmetrix.com/ Try a couple of Triumph Forums...
  15. It splits & cuts very easy. Good for meter leads. Bad for anywhere where contact is made. Been there. Done it. Seen it. Sub zero and it falls off the wire. PS. In a conduit it sticks together & falls apart. I love it in the open.
  16. Hi, silicone insulated cable is not a wise choice. PTFE or thin wall is a better choice. Cheers, Iain.
  17. Well I guess I better give it a go. More used to to bits & bytes & HMI's. Give me a week & see if I can come up with something better on http://www.TriumphSportSix.Club Wish me luck.
  18. Is it really so difficult to set up a Forum that everyone likes? Or am I missing something? Plenty of free SW out there that is not so difficult to setup? I can have ago at setting it up.
  19. How about doing something constructive like getting red rid of the > ten year old home page? Now that does need some work.
  20. How do i change the colour scheme? Contrast looks kak on my PC. (Edge)
  21. Are the high-pressure PI injector hoses nylon?
  22. Hi, unless you are taking short drives or do not use the car much I would cancel the flow thru the manifold. Once the coolant it is up to operating temperature it is not required in any case.
