This applies to our other possessions . My daughter wanted to upgrade her “home made “ pod caravan and initially they thought £450 was a fair price . I valued it at £850 so £800 was settled on with not much confidence . The pod went on Facebook and in 10 mins 30 enquires including s friend who said it was worth £1000 , they changed the price to £1000 apologising for the change , sold within minutes . In this instance there must have been a post Covid influence

Hi Colin it’s a cheapie no brand name bundled in with the compressor I bought . Initially I tested the gun on a spare boot with not much success though a lot was down to my inexperience . The Mig Forum guys suggested the cheapie would be fine for primer and to purchase a better gun for cellulose and following their advice now have a Deviblis SLG 10 which is the entry level price about £60 . So far with testing it is a nice bit of kit . It has a 1.3 nozzle which is better suited to cellulose whereas primer is suited to 1.5 to 2.0 Hope this helps

Thanks , pleased with the result for a first attempt though with room for improvement . The door was fully suspended as suggested . Once I’d sorted the spray pattern for the 2k HB 989 Epoxy primer spraying was ok . Initially there was spluttering so increased from 2 bar to 2.5 bar on my cheapie HVLP Gun with 1.5 nozzle and this sorted the issue . Took approx 300ml of mixed primer for 2 coats . Nice product to work with

I recently purchased a set of replacement doors for my Vitesse saloon . The near side door is ready for 2k Epoxy Primer .
The door will be suspended for spraying , is it best to do one side at a time or do both in one go
Never done this before so need any advice out there
Thanks in advance

I learnt the hard way , damp was never a problem in my brick built garage , the top window was always left on the latch . I closed it in November last year as we were going away came back and garage walls and ceiling were mouldy ,

Check out Anglia Radiators Cambridge , very old school . Purchased my Vitesse radiator from them £210 and they took mine in exchange and it was original and rough .

I used Silentcoat from EBay or Amazon , easy to use , to soften I used a heat gun and to get the floor profile a 2in roller for wallpaper seams . Easy to cut with scissors

I think Hydrate 80 has been superceded by Deox C . I suggest you contact Bilthamber using their contact form . They are very helpful , takes a couple of days to get a reply

Yes I’ve got an air-fed pressurised full face mask and the air is fed from the outside the workshop and piped in ( can’t smell a thing 🤗)
i use a CPAP machine for Sleep Apnea and was supplied with a new machine last year and they didn’t want the old one back 🤗 so that’s what I use together with extra plumbing .
