johny
They screw in to go leaner. Then try the little plunger on the side of each carb, gently push one up, hold momentarily and release. Revs drop = weak, rise = rich, no change = perfection👍

Pete Lewis
the piston lift plunger is a very touchy feely thing raise it till you just feel it make contact with the air piston inside, then raise it 1 to 2 mm ie just a little touch dont yank it up that just makes it stop !! keep a washer or penny in the glove box fits the slot in the adjuster screw in till it till you feel the idle falters then back it off a less then 1/2 a turn..... should be fine ears can work just as well as gadgets Pete
JohnD
The littel plunger can be a snare and delusion. The test is to lift the damper piston, and so needle, by 1/32", but the pin allows a bigger raise. John Ah! Pete makes the same point, he's a faster writer than me! Pete Lewis
its good to keep memorable photo shoot stuff many of us have had cars on significant magazines and thats a good call to keep a file of events for future thoughts , ive had some good ones with classics monthly at Brooklands and The Mosquito museum happy days all electric cars should have a wind turbine or ducted fan to increase range , youve started a new trend Pete
